Hello Readers ,
Topic is how to identify that your agent is genuine or you are about to loose your money ?
I will give you the context if you don’t know what does the manpower companies means and how they work. Manpower companies are two types in general we can see them as inside India employment providers or Overseas Job placements for blue or white collar jobs , like if you are general construction labour and here in India as of 2026 you are earning 25k to 30k excluding your expenses (like food accomodation travel) also you don’t have a fixed contract time 2 year guaranteed work something like that as here in India in a month you will go to work almost 30 days if you have work and earn 25-30k but if we consider the same situation overseas let’s assume Gulf countries like UAE , Qatar , Kuwait , etc there general labor also ranges in the 25-30k if you calculate in INR , but the benefits there are you will have a permanent job for the contract period unless breached , also company will provide you the food , accomodation , travel , insurance to worker . So what you are earning is saving unless you spent it on alcohol or tabaaco .HAHA . And also min 1 leave is there per week , so if you want to work more hours you will be paid extra . So this is the basic understanding what is the difference in it .
Now coming to our question back how to know that the company who is providing you job overseas is genuine or not ?
The method one is check whether the company has Government MEA license . You can check that online by downloading the current licensed agencies list , if it is and they are asking any upfront payment do the aggrement and you can pay them as they are govt. registred and in case of any malpractices govt. will freeze there bank security that can either be 8 lakhs or 50 lakhs , depends on the type of license they hold .
Second one is if you are going through some local agents and your known for UAE jobs no advance is there so not pay anything upfront do your aggrement for post payment after visa , if the guy is working with license people the work will be genuine .
That’s all for today’s thank you . If you have any other questions ask me in comment section .
