Welcome to our Awareness Blogs .This is our first blog so i will tell you about myself first in short . I am Aayush Kundalwal from Sikar, Rajasthan , I am the founder of NIRMANA . and here we are providing the genuine blue collar job opportunities to workers in India , the Idea initiated because I saw many people get scammed by fake advertisement traps and more and eventually workers will loose money. For a worker who works 8 hour a day without AC and earns around 30-40k average that too for skilled workers and when he loose the money it is like financial burden to the whole family , i saw it and decided to make awareness regarding the international hiring process and started the work to provide genuine opportunities only . Now at NIRMANA we serve in 9+ counties as of August 2026 and expanding .
